Matt Growcock, an attorney by trade, is currently the President of PMA Holdings, LLC, a company that manages businesses in the hospitality, manufacturing, and commercial real estate sectors.

Prior to PMA, Matt was a member with the law firm of Lowther Johnson, Attorneys at Law, which he joined in 2012. In 2019, Matt was selected as the firm’s Managing Member, a role he served in until his resignation. In his career, his clients ranged from individuals to small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. His practice concentrated in the areas of government, insurance, personal injury defense, timeshare defense, employment, and general business disputes.  Additionally, he assisted corporations and individuals in negotiating and drafting nondisclosure, non-competition, and licensing agreements. 

Matt has been a resident of the fire district for over twenty years. He has always been dedicated to serving his community by serving on the board of directors for multiple not-for-profit organizations, and being very active in several others, including Ozark Fire Protection District; Care to Learn – Ozark; Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce; Hope Counseling Center; Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association; Champions Committed to Kids; and Harmony House.
